Am I crazy but does it not seem like he is more likely to have a target for SPARC already in mind?

Would explain why he doesn’t want to waste time finding a new target for PSTH and wants to move us to SPARC instead, using this lawsuit as an opportunity.

I know emotions are high and of course no one wanted things to turn out this way but let’s try to think rationally. He didn’t just randomly come up with SPARC because of the lawsuit, he mentioned it awhile ago already and alluded to doing multiple SPARCs in the future.

Side note: lot of angry posters as expected as no one wanted this mess, but some of them go beyond that and seem to be actively trying to harm the interest of current PSTH shareholders…
