I remember three recent occasions where questrade did not execute my sell (which I actually placed a sell at 3-4 tickers BELOW the BID), resulting in me losing my entire gains that I had this year. 'm not going to specifically mention the tickers, but this is unacceptable.

1. ⁠Questrade NOT executing my sell in time even if I had my stop loss set up. For one particular ticker, due to a bad news, it just tanked. I had my stop loss, and questrade actually did not execute my sell until 60% below my stop loss. Like... Seriously?
2. ⁠Questrade executing my limit sell at a LOWER price than my limit. Like, is this even legal?

So for 1. you had a stop loss without a limit? If it was tanking then it’s very possible to get filled way below your stop. Gonna need further info here.
