I'm making a Telegram group but there are requirements you have to meet to get in. This has to be a quality group and not shit like most of them are. I was with some of the best group of guys on an app called Periscope (if you know you know) capping tons of lives

1. You have to contribute INSTAGRAM LIVES
2. (the most important requirement) You MUST use this app https://storysave.en.uptodown.com/android to DOWNLOAD lives or any other one that works similarly. No shitty 30 second screen recordings. You can set lives from accounts you choose to download automatically when they start. I believe you also have to have all live notifications for that account turned on on the Instagram app for it to work. I'm not sure but do it just in case. If you need help with learning how to use the app overall, ask me, but it's pretty easy
3. No sharing content here or anywhere else
