Tier: S
1. ORE +1 They earned the top spot.
Tier: A
2. WASH +4 Better than their record indicates. Was wildly inconsistent all year.
Tier: B
3. UTAH -2 Looked terrible when it counted. Ends a great year on a sour note
4. ASU +1 Doesn’t make it look pretty, but they still win.
5. USC -2 Another inconsistent team. Could have been better with better coaching.
6. CAL -2 Lots to be hopeful about in Berkeley.
Tier: C
7. WSU 0 The pirate sails off after a disappointing year.
8. ORST 0 Definitely going to be a dark horse in the North next year. The Beavs are gonna ruin someone’s season
9. UCLA +1 Lack of recruiting is hurting the Bruins.
10. STAN -1 Worst year for Stanford in a while. Is Shaw on the hot seat?
11. COLO 0 They have some potential to be in a bowl next year. We’ll see if they’ll take the next step.
Tier: D
12. ARIZ 0 Sumlin in Tuscon has been nothing short of a train wreck.

1. ORE +1 The offense had its issues in the rose bowl, and I think the biggest issue all year long was a reluctance to let the QB run. Even just the threat of it would have opened things up for this team. Regardless, the ducks proved that they're really the only PAC12 team capable of going toe to toe with a powerhouse Big10/SEC program and matching their physicality. It was a good sign that they could walk out with a win without playing their best game on offense. The cream of the crop this year, next year's opening slate will tell us a lot about how the Ducks are going to fare post-Herbert, but the rose bowl was encouraging.
2. UTAH -1 Woof. I love the Utes, and I think that they're a better team than what they showed in their last two games, but they looked over matched against UO and Texas. Hard to argue with an 11 win season, but this one felt a little hollow.
3. WASH +3 It'll be interesting to see what changes come in the Jimmy Lake era. The huskies are clearly still talented, but we haven't seen them be a dominant team at the same time as UO in a while. I'll be looking forward to seeing the huskies and Ducks play this year.
4. ASU +1 ASU is a tough team to rank for me. None of their victories were by particularly comfortable margins, but they had a knack for getting it done, and they're really young. I'll be excited to see what year three of firm for Herm brings.
5. USC -2 Where to begin. As talented as any team in the PAC. Culture worse than most. The longer the Clay Helton experience carries on, the better for the rest of the conference
6. CAL -2 What could have been if Cal had been healthy. Either way, they've got a sustainable formula that should keep them competitive going forward.
7. ORST +1 The beavers' coaching staff is doing an incredible job. Not sure what to expect out of OSU next year, but if they can knock off the other orange OSU and steal a game against Cal or UCLA they should be bowling
8. COLO +3 I don't have much to say on the buffs, but it looks like they've got some talent coming in next year. Looked pretty overmatched against good competition.
9. UCLA +1 Looking forward to what Chip can do with another year. UCLA had an oregon state style momentum shift midway through last season, can they sustain it after the drubbing they got from USC?
10. WSU -3 Sad to see Mike Leach go, but as a duck fan, thank the lord. Next year will be telling of the direction of this program
11. STAN -2 If David Shaw was going to leave, this would have been the year, right?
12. ARIZ 0 Woof. Remember how excited we all were to see what Khalil Tate would do with Kevin Sumlin?

Tier: 1
1. ORE +1 Conference Champs & Rose Bowl Champs
Tier: 2
2. WASH +4 Better than their record. Made a dangerous Boise State team look not-so-dangerous.
3. ASU +1 Great showing in the bowl game, and just as dangerous to any other team in the conference for years to come.
4. UTAH -3 Not as good as their record says.
Tier: 3
5. USC -2 Kedon Slovis + everyone else. Can the coaching staff inspire and get out of their own way?
6. CAL -1 Looked impressive with Garbers back to full health. Could've been better if he had been healthy all year.
Tier: 4
7. ORST +1 Should've found themselves in a bowl game, they were a better team this year for sure.
8. WSU -1 They fell off, but Rolo might be THE guy for Pullman.
Tier: 5
9. COLO 0 They beat Washington late in the year because they wanted it bad. Tucker has good things cooking.
10. UCLA 0 DTR was good, but is Chip still good?
11. ARIZ +1 Oof.
12. STAN -1 Oof just entered the transfer portal.

Tier: A
1. ORE +1 By far the best Pac-12 team, if they had taken the easy way out and not scheduled a hard OOC they would've been in the playoff, and likely deserved it more than Oklahoma.
Tier: B
2. UTAH -1 Utah's usual November just got pushed back to December. Still a great team, but just folded at the absolute worst times.
Tier: C
3. ASU +1 Ugly Bowl win but returning so much talent for next year it's hard not to be FIRM
4. CAL +1 A very nice win over a mediocre Illinois, but most impressed by the way the offense moved the ball with ease against a very strong Illinois defense, The entire offense returns next year, plus a new OC that we all have very high hopes for. Future actually looks bright for once!
5. WASH +1 Dominant win over Boise State that seems like it happened so long ago. Curious to see how Lake is as a HC, and also not a fan of your OC hire, but UW is still talented out the ying yang
6. USC -3 Clay Helton. Todd Orlando. Quite a combo for next year I guess
Tier: D
7. WSU 0 Leach is no longer around to throw his players under the bus when they lose, in comes Rolovich who I think is a great hire.
8. COLO +1 CU played a tough schedule this year and finished 5-7, next year they'll make a bowl.
9. ORST -1 So close to a bowl, which would've meant a ton to this program.
Tier: F
10. UCLA 0 Kinda the final chance for Chip Kelly to prove it next year, otherwise I see UCLA letting him go at the end of the season.
11. STAN 0 That's a lot of players in the transfer portal holy moly. Losing that many contributors including your start QB of the last 2-3 years and I don't see Stanford winning more than 5 games next year.
12. ARIZ 0 The Kevin Sumlin experiment is not going well at all, especially now that recruiting is also starting to fall off. I wonder who UA wants next?
