Raspberry Pi attracts $45m after lockdowns fuel demand for PCs

No, in that instance, the paper and colors would be analogous to the keyboard and the act of drawing would be the hobby. Lot's of people are very particular about the paints/pigments/canvas/paper they use for their art, but buying/collecting French oil paints isn't considered the hobby, doing the art is. Making paints and pigments could be a hobby I guess though. But I feel you misconstrued my point.

If you feel mechanical keyboards are your creative outlet, that's valid. I suppose it could be compared to a project car. Everyone has different tastes. It just seems to me to be a singular project that requires a small amount of research, a small amount of work, then once done, it's not really thought of again. To me it just doesn't seem to have enough going on to be a fulfilling hobby. Buying some parts and assembling them is sorta fun as a novelty

Again, I do the same thing, I've spent a lot of time reading about pocket knives, spending way too much money on them, spending way too much money on aftermarket parts for them, dissembling and cleaning them, and sharpening them. It would be fair to say I'm a knife enthusiast. I still don't think of my knife collecting as a hobby. If I had to say my main hobby is cooking, which isn't necessarily a hobby for everyone, but it is creatively fulfilling for me.
