Rating Linux distros based on how good they are!

It's not a strawman, it's pointing out how linux fanboy's flawed logic. THEY get a feel good high from memorizing those minor differences and regurgitating them to pat each other on the back. In reality they all use horrifically flawed systems like package managers, or hackfixes on top of them. No matter how many features or minor changes any of them have, the fact is a major design change is what's always going to be needed. (like axing package managers, and everything related to them instead of just building static packaging methods on top of them, but that would require money, resources, unified management, etc. that Linux distros will never have). Linux is stuck in the past, and has too many conflicts of interest to ever make any major design changes to compete in desktop. If you could successfully keep gaslighting yourself that Linux would be successful on it's own merit, you wouldn't be here.
