regretting firm choice before start date

Yes, a lot of people say all big4 is the same in terms of learning experience. So everyone says to choose the firm based on the people.

I met good amount of EY professional, and there wasn't anyone that I really clicked with. I didn't totally hate them where I would want to stop taking to them, but I also didn't enjoy my conversations with them either to the point I want to continue talking to them after a networking event ended. So I concluded they were just ok, just enough to work with them. Not terrible, but not enjoyable people.

PwC was the opposite for me where I liked everyone I met. I was not in a good financial position at the time when I made my decision, so the money was important :/ wish I had known better.

Does EY have the largest tax practice in general or is that by your office region? I thought PWC had the largest tax presence
