There are several interviews with Williams and others where they say that the original handwritten main title is basically lost; no one knows where it is anymore. There's a rumour that the CEO of Fox at the time kept it and hung it in his office, but he apparently died while still in office, and when his family came to empty his office they most likely took it and since then no one knows where it is.

There's also an interview where Williams says the Signature Edition of the Main Title is his favourite version (and the one used for the recording of the prequels and sequels).

So I'm afraid this request is completely unfulfillable, but I would be extremely happy to be proven wrong.
