That doesn't apply to you, that's for a different contract system that isn't being offered anymore. If you got it from Sprint in October, your total cost for the phone should be 18x your monthly payment, including advertised discounts + a final buy-out fee (listed deep in the paperwork you had to sign) that is normally 6x your monthly payment, not including discounts. So, total cost should be about (18x$15)+(6x$30)=$450 I think. There's no extra, extra early termination fee. However, I don't know if that deal was offering bill credits (you get the discount gradually applied over 18 months) or an actual discount on the price of the phone. If it was a "bill credits" deal, you're more fucked cause you'll have to pay the full price ($700 lol) of the phone minus whatever you've already paid off, unless you stay with Sprint and keep the phone for the full 18 months.
