What smaller signs do you notice in yourself that your mental health is deteriorating?

the big warnings are:

- waking up way too early

- my beard gets thin (when work gets crazy for a few consecutive weeks)

- i get shaky hands more easily, and notice that it takes less to make me feel anxious

- I start consuming 75% or more of my daily calories in the 2-3 hours before bed

I've also noticed that my cannabis use changes. I normally like to smoke a little and play some video games to unwind after rough days. Usually that means a big ol' rip outta my glass piece, with the goal of being nice and toasty for a few hours. When I start getting into my own head too much (because of stress, isolation or whatever) i find myself preferring much smaller rips much more frequently. it stops being a big, fun event and instead turns into like numbness maintenance. That's an unmistakable sign that I need a day off, a long hike and a good laugh about how unimportant my job really is
