Im on 2nd session, I see improvements but still have scars. The thing is, it just reduces your scars. It kind of smoothens the look BUT in light, you'll see it still. I'm referring to boxcar, vascular and PIH+PIE. It just reduces it- they don't just disappear unless you keep doing microneedling (RF or not) until you are satisfied. You'll for sure need microdermabrasion or a hardcore peel to help with your treatments (for medium to deep scaring).

Don't want to scare you but, I paid 4k here in Canada. It was worth a try because it will help nonetheless BUT 3 sessions might not just be enough. If you're skin is low to medium scarring, I'm sure you'll get better results.
