RTO rant

Personally I prefer working in an office as opposed to WFH. I’ve done years of both and both have up sides and down sides. But the longer I worked from home, especially after 7 or 8 years the more my “work life” blended into “home life” and it all became one thing. Conference calls at 10pm with Asia, catching up on emails and etc. after dinner… I like being able to go somewhere and “this is work”. Then I leave and have that defining line of separation. Sure there is the occasional email late in the evening or late night but the separations is much better for me and my family.

I wouldn’t push my beliefs on to anyone else, as I wouldn’t want anyone to push theirs on me. But that’s just my personal preference.
