If this is the full context of this video, the woman is a loon.

However, it is true that black women’s natural hair is often deemed “unprofessional” or downright unacceptable (in parts of US).

I’ve seen it happen as blatant as a manager calling a woman’s natural hair “nappy”. Her hair was an early trimmed fro.

I also had the pleasure of being basically forced to tell a colleague that per her contract she’d be expected to wear her hair “white” bc it read better with our target demo (side note: The marketing study showed black people trusted either a white person or black person to tell them the news, but white people only trusted a black newscaster if they appeared “culturally white”).

Again, this woman is either playing victim for clicks or is paranoid or whatever, but it doesn’t mean there aren’t very real prejudices like this, ranging from eye roll to downright WTF.
