#SaveCerroGordo

Thank you for your dedication to helping to save Cerro Gordo. I'm sure it means a lot to Brent, as much as it does to me. However, I believe we should keep politics out of Cerro Gordo. The town is special because it is free of politics and outside forces that anger us every day. A private company will not go ahead with a project, if it is unpopular with one of its stakeholders, in this case the public.

This is because without the public's support, K2 will recognise the damage that will be done to is PR and any investors will most likely back out as they don't want to be associated with such an unpopular project.

I appreciate your concern and effort, but if we keep action between the people and K2, then we wont need to tarnish what Cerro Gordo is too alot of people, a haven disconnected from the hate and anger of the rest of the world. Thank you for your concern and dedication to this project.
