These days the quality sold on the streets is much higher than it used to be and people know what brands to look for. Any big city in southern Europe will have good quality spanish dry like ConcreteFarms, Biscottiboyssh and even Drytech for 15 per gram or less if you buy medium to bulk amounts.

Those are much better than any "semi" or "x2" even for twice the money because they actually have good terpenes and a pretty strong high. One gram of good dry hash is better than 2 or 3g of mids with little taste/potency so the budget argument really makes no sense to me. Commercial hash is especially terrible because of all the adulterants used to cut it, that shit is a legitimate health risk IMO.
