You had a wrong impression and wrong interpretation in your head regarding what HIPS actually promised and what "the token will be listed at the last ICO price" means.

HIPS always had a disclaimer, in every context and every message, even in the whitepaper and all over the terms on the ICO website, which explicitly said and stressed they cannot promise anything regarding future valuation and that the market will determine the latter.

Please try to not react emotionally or salty like a little child which didn't get what they thought they deserve. You didn't, this is called investing.
