I'm going to say something that may not be politically incorrect, but I want to put it out there....

From looking at social media of accepted students to Cal Poly, I can't help but notice most of them being "white". Cal Poly is supposed to be "race blind" but sometimes it makes me think twice..... could Cal Poly be purposely keeping their school "white"?

My son has very high stats for the major he applied for. We are "non-white and considered POC's. It makes me wonder why some students with his same major were accepted with lower stats while he hasn't heard back. (Supposedly, if you haven't heard back by now you are either waitlisted or denied per College Confidential)

I may be completely wrong, maybe they had other criteria that made them stand out. However I can't help but think otherwise.
