I disagree. This is our current and best understanding with the information we current have. Yes, at this point we have to assume that it could balance itself like this. But we shouldn't stifle opinions or not discuss it. We could make a future discovery that shows how inaccurate this is. It happens all the time. Eating crow is something that happens a lot in science and palaeontology specifically. Even with a full skeleton there is a lot of guess work being done here and everyday advances are being made. If your reddit account still exists in five or ten years I'm willing to PM you a few citations showing why this model isnt accurate cause it will happen, for sure.
