The reason for that mod remaining uninstalled is because it was updated and Automaton can't find the version Ultimate Skyrim 4.0.6 needs. Also the link I previously provided isn't good. The other redditor, u/hazardoss, mentioned that you need an older version of DynDOLOD, which I actually have on my PC and can share it. Here is the link to that. This is the mod that you have left. Download that file and install it manually. By manually install I mean to click on "Scan folder" at the top right of Automaton, just under "x", go to the place you downloaded the linked file (it should be a .rar) and select that file. Once you've done this Automaton will install the mod.
