[Strategy] HOW TO THREE STAR ANY TH7 EVER NO MATTER WHAT THE BASE LOOKS LIKE. STOP ASKING

Haha alrighty... It gets pretty swear oriented when I mention donated because I was pretty angry about it, not just from that clan, but almost every clan I've been in.

[Things in these brackets are edits to protect identities of the people I was referring to, as they are real names. I also edited a bit of spelling and grammar that was off.]


I'm gonna participate in this war than I'm leaving, the only people with competent war bases (I'm factoring TH level too) is [Friend of friend], [Friend] (kind of) and I assume [Person I was sending message to, wasn't in war]. I'm sorry I've been so salty lately but eh. I don't want to give advice in chat because it will probably be ignored, if you feel like telling them the problems I list you can but whatever.

  1. 2 thick walls do fuck all. Wall breakers range is two tiles.

  2. More powerful walls are better suited in the core of the base, as by the time an attacker gets there they may not have enough WB to get though, and might be stuck pounding on a wall which is precious time taken away from a 3 star

  3. Centralize CC. The further in your base the CC the better, even behind a single wall is good. With where a good portion of the clan members CCs are, the base will have one, maybe even two stars before the cc troops are deployed. The CC also proves as a strong health wall, so it can and will prevent stars.

  4. Traps, what the fuck is the TH 8 even doing? More than half of the traps he has are useless. Traps should be placed according to their purpose, and weaker points in a base design.

  5. Storages don't need to be protected (this is one the clan has down decently, but i'm listing it anyway because it was probably by mistake). Storages will mainly provide in slowing down an enemy and the loot gained from attacking is almost irrelevant. An example would be with my current war base,the storages are behind one wall, protecting the ever valuable mortar.

  6. TH in corners don't fucking work. Troops can be deployed on the green grass patch around the build-able area, easy one star with the weakest of troops.

  7. Air defenses are important, Balloon based troop compositions are strong as hell, and good air defense level, and placement is key to stopping a 3 star air raid.

Tip: Wizards are very strong against air raids, and they are a good pick to donate to any TH level war base.

Tip: Balloons, Healers, and Minions can deter and disorganize people attacking low TH war bases. As ranged units are needed to take down air units, the attackers attack may be rendered useless, or they may be forced to use extra troops to take the CC troops down.

Tip: Competent fucking donating. If someone asks for something specific, don't donate your shitty fucking giants and archers. This one pisses me off the most. I can understand you want to go for the donate achievement but you'll get there eventually without being a fucking douche bag. If someone says 'cooking' or a variation when someone requests troops, don't fucking donate to that fucking request, as someone is using there fucking time and fucking elixir to fucking fill it up with troops that will most likely actually fucking matter.

I am in no way saying that I have a perfect base, nor troop composition, or any of that. I am pointing out glaring flaws that can turn the tides of any wars your clan will face. You probably won't actually read all of this, or tell them but whatever. I'm just frustrated. I want to play this game with friends but I feel like a fucking asshole because I want to also play competitively, I'm sure you understand as I have talked to you about it before.
