Sussex Weekly: The Paranoia, The Grandiosity, The Isolation (1/4/2023)

You know what absolutely cracks me up? This has all been done before. This isn't NEW to the Royal Family. They've spent a thousand years dealing with second sons needing more attention, more power, more money. This is an ancient story and it's fascinating to watch it play out in front of us.

Heck, an old American divorcee marrying a royal and him quitting "everything" for "love" isn't even a new story. It's a repeat of an episode we saw 3 monarchs ago. If anything, it's less interesting this time around because Harry wasn't the King and was never going to be King.

If Harry were just the tiniest bit smarter, if he'd paid just a little bit of attention in history class, if he'd read a book... he'd have seen the pattern. And he just doesn't get it. I love it.
