Back in the day, when freak shows were still a thing, there were numerous freak shows at the Texas State Fair (I assume they were traveling exhibitions but the Texas Fair was certainly one of the biggest stops for any attraction).

Anyway there was one guy whose gimmick was his gigantic deformed feet. They hung his boots out front of the tent to advertise, you paid your admission with fair tickets or whatever, and you went into his corral, where he just sat while you ogled his hideous but breathtakingly large feet. If you spoke to him in fluent Spanish he would respond but he wouldn't answer any questions or be especially nice about it. Billed as "The Abominable Snowman -- Biggest Feet in the World", it felt wrong to even go near his exhibit.

But yeah it would not surprise me that much if the feet in OP's image are real.
