Because pigs are unmindful of what they eat/consume/learn/live by. They can eat anything, corpses, garbage, even toxic compounds. This is what swine is. If you are unmindful of what you read and what you believe in it is khonzzir, meaning swine, a state of unmindfulness. You've sent me like 10 verses as if you know 100% what they mean, similar like a swine would eat almost anything its human-master feeds it as if a swine know what is inside the food.
