I can see whatever decision the band makes, about the future, going either way. However, the music scene needs Foo Fighters, and the band definitely knows that. There’s not a whole lot of bands that can sell out stadiums on their name alone. Foo Fighters are one of those bands that can. The scene needs Foo Fighters to bring smaller bands to those stadium tours to get eyes on them and elevate them to the next level. Also, there are too many jobs (tech, crew, merch…etc) that would be lost if the band stops now. This is a very horrible situation for everyone involved who loves Taylor Hawkins, everyone needs to take time to mourn and make sure their heads are cleared before thinking about the band and what’s next. Whatever decision the band makes after time, will be the right one.
