I recently quit the game for a couple reasons:

The story just wasn’t compelling to me anymore. Compared to Genshin and Sdorica where I was excited for story updates, AE was just doing story for the chronos. Also, idk but the way the story is presented makes the story seems to drag on so much more. Maybe it’s the dialogue.
Gacha is also shit. As other people have mentioned. Disheartening saving up for a character you really want only to get trash and a Pom. And it’s just more OP waif us every update with tackier bosses that hit like a truck for those OP units.

I did like the art and gameplay. Main reason I stuck with it for so long. Also like how all the content is permanent and you get free characters who are actually good.
