Is there a fundamental conflict between Zionism and democracy?

This is so confusing. You're working so hard to convince me that Palestinians are morally and culturally inferior and that another way to look at it is that they're "inherently violent people" -- as a way of telling me that Zionism is not about supremacy.

I can't do this anymore, you're just not understanding anything I'm saying. YOU are the one who is implying that the Palestinians are "inherently violent people", because you refuse to accept the reason Palestinians martyr themselves by stabbing Jews is because of a culture of Martyrdom. Did you watch any of those videos I linked showing how the Palestinians view martyrdom and killing Jews? What do you think makes a mother smile with joy at the thought of her baby getting shot by the IDF? YOU seem to think this joy isn't a cultural phenomenon, which in turn suggests that it's completely natural for Palestinians to stab Jews based on who they are as an ethnic group, not a cultural group, this makes YOU a racial supremacist. I know that it's a culture where killing Jews and dying for Allah is glorified. you refuse to accept that this culture exists, despite how openly the Palestinians themselves glorify it. I've made this point abundantly clear.

My conclusion is that a core element of Zionism is the careful exclusion of non-Jews

Again, you draw these conclusions despite everything I say to the opposite. There are Arab-Zionists that proudly serve in Jewish parties, and Israel accepts them fully as fellow Israelis. Any Druze who fights in the IDF alongside their fellow Israelis is as good a Zionist as any Jew.

I don't intend to participate further, because no matter how many times I tell you, no matter how many examples I provide, you just can't accept anything but "Zionism is Jewish supremacy". The fact that you thought that I said "that another way to look at it is that they're "inherently violent people" -- as a way of telling me that Zionism is not about supremacy." shows that you didn't understand what I was saying at all. I explained it to you originally, I explained it to you again at the start of thise post, and I really don't intend on explaining it again. You're either a very good troll who acts so naive to the realities of the world and what Palestinians actually believe that you can't understand reality, or you lack basic reading comprehension and just choose the words you like and arrange them as you please to support your pre-existing views on what Zionism is.
