AITA for talking back?

Thank you for the judgement.

There was no reason him to be concerned, because I was not going anywhere in shorts, only to the kitchen and back to my room.

I love my mom. And my brother. I wrote exactly what happened, (had to translate it into English though). I did omit the part where he raised his hand to hit me because he didn't actually do it. But that's it.

I love my family. My dad hasn't been my family in the longest time. He has threatened to abandon me when I got sick, called me a burden, asked me why I'm sick all the time, called me an animal repeatedly when I cut my hair and even today. Maybe he does love me. Maybe he doesn't. If I still loved him these things would affect me much more than they do now.
