Ok well IF THE PERSON who wrote this thread is tried and true to heart about clearing things up and YOU read this , please respond to my incident which left me going just a bit more crazy than the day before . And honestly if your thoughts on it are true I won't argue or debate or. Because I know you and answered genuine . Long of it short. I was trying to come up with a fresh entity to call and complain about the insanity at least my own case and general public. Displeasure..and I decided to inquire with the Dept of Insurance, which at this point I felt that Edd was an insurance company in its own right. Well I called and basically was brushed off as if u was wrong and they are NOT and why would I call there? To which I responded even if their name is blatantly written I'm one of their websites pages at Edi that they work hand-in-hand with the department of insurance? To which you replied no we don't so I don't know what to believe if you have any insight I think he was brushing me off and I don't see why they wouldn't but of course they're gonna deny any thing that nature so as to not get a million phone calls to their department what if they are an insurance company then they have to be governed by the department of insurance .anyway he was enough to deflate my balloon for the day. Any thoughts on this ?
