Like I said it's not the fact that it fucked me up. And I'm not saying you singled my order out for $150 because that would be absolutely absurd when you probably make that every 5 minutes. What I'm saying is you marked my order shipped which would mean the package is actually shipped. It's not alphabay where's there no in between process so you have to mark shipped to show you've accepted the payment. On hansa you accept the payment it tells you that, then you mark it processing which means you're getting it ready, then you mark it shipped which means it shipped. I then get a message 3 days later telling me it's not shipped. Can you explain the logic in that? Because that's what I'm claiming, I'm not claiming you ran off $150. I theorized that maybe you canceled a lot of orders because that's not just one case of loosing money it could be several hundred cases of it.

If you're doing the best to take care of your customers you wouldn't be claiming the status of an order that just isn't true.
