"Too little feminist presence" brainstorm results #1: what about combine antifem quota with holding "fem" to "cannot question fem" rules?

I think the only real solution that would interest me would be a privately curated sub that was invite-only based on the mods being

1) impressed with content posted elsewhere

2) aimed at having a decent representation of multiple perspectives.

Im honestly not as concerned with the amount of feminists on the sub as the amount of women. Feminist isn't a term that really means that much to me any more. It's more a tribal marker than anything else, and I often find that ostensible feminists aren't as knowledgeable as they imagine about feminist philosophy. On the other hand, all women are subject matter experts on being women, and that is something that is frequently only speculated about on the sub.

I've seen a number of attempts to try to increase parity on the sub, and I'm pretty much at the point where I just throw my hands up and proclaim that it can't be done- or rather, that as much as can be done, has been done- and I don't think that the problem really lays within what labels people choose, but on other attributes like the ability to converse civilly and interpret other people's posts charitably.
