Tulane undergrad (may) transfer to LSU

That sounds like the first year of most engineering degrees so you’d be able to jump in to any of them. I don’t know what an engineering physics curriculum looks like but if it’s something close to mechanical and you threw in some geology classes I think you’d be competitive applying for some PETE jobs. A lot of starting jobs at service companies, not entirely sure about the majors, have their own training programs and they’ll take other types of engineers you can look at companies like Schlumberger to see what I mean. GPA and internships are important and in PETE getting good internships early on is important as spots in later years start to get filled by people who get invited back
