Uncomfortable Clinic Experience

I have had similar experiences with my clinic as well. Just the other day I had to call in multiple times to get a refill for one of my meds. First I had the pharmacy request it, then I sent a request in the portal, then a week later my husband called in and then followed up the next day when the pharmacy was telling us they still didn’t have the approval. When the nurse called me she told me that I had sent too many messages in the portal and that it had overwhelmed the nurse on duty. I pulled up my portal message and told her that I had sent one message in the portal last week and that I deserve to have my meds in a timely manner so there is no lapse in my treatment. In my opinion, if they can’t handle something as simple as getting me the meds I need, I don’t trust them with the rest of the process and I will be switching clinics my next round (just had a failed cycle with this clinic).
