Sorry to hear your college friends weren’t up to standard to enter a PhD program. As for your doctoral degree, if you have a PhD in neuroscience (yay to you), then you clearly know there’s no possible way consciousness exists outside of the neurological processes of the brain. As far as I know, the Neuroscience PhD doesn’t take GRE scores either does it? It also doesn’t require a postdoctoral licensure to practice. You are also aware that neuroscience and clinical psychology (both psyd and phd) overlap in many different areas, sometimes even more so than psychiatry.
