why do trump supporters still cry over obama like trump hasn't had 4 years to prove himself a better head of state and failed miserably?

the argument is that criticizing the president means you're a traitor - nobody thought obama's critics traitorous, they just found them to generally be bigots. trump supporters, on the other hand, seem to be fine with the president being a literal idiot while continuing the same senseless, violent campaigns obama ran during his terms. the guy is completely inarticulate and obviously incompetent and the only reason he receives support is so those same bigots can feel validated in a world that wishes they'd fuck off.
