Venice is claiming the downstream area of the Grimdale River between the Lakeheart Dominion and the USMC

(just to reply to it all) I do find it odd you'd take my map/claim (when it's in contention with another) without reading the whole thing, I'd have assumed people would look at the forum more before jumping in - but I'm not about worrying about that. Mistakes are made and I'd rather talk in good faith.

My genuine advise is, whilst you say it doesn't affect you, it will just in originality - two cities with such similar things so close to one another hurts both, like having two starbucks on the same street it's a bit needlessand hurts both sales. So I'd say for both our sakes you should relocate to either north of Xhakum, south/west of Amani, or north/west of Sky Utopia (according to this map http://i.imgur.com/eAFcxvb.jpg ) just because then at least whilst similar in design, we're not treading on toes. Any of these requires the same amount of work for you (bar north of Xhakum which is already river-sodden). I say this for both our benefits less it devolve into a pissing contest, or one needs to be absorbed into another in the long run.

That's my personal advice which serves both ends, honouring our claim/lore in the local area, but not sending you to the drawing board. North of Xhakum was our choice should we lose our bid for the Delta.

That said, I think this provides an excellent oppotunity to form an official alliance. The UCS:M is 'The United City States: Morangrad' - the hope was to one day expand to more city states, all united in sovereignty against larger foes. Imagine like a Labour Union - we defend other little guys without any real rule. If you were willing to relocate, we'd be willing to make the United City States truly existent with you. Complete Autonomy, but if one of us were attacked/messed up by another, the other helps. Again, very beneficial to us both.

I hope you appreciate where I'm coming from, looking for a fair middle ground here. I think I've been fair and any other points you'd like to make or contest I'll happily discuss, but this is what I'd like to see as the end result.
