There's criminals in every country. It's just natural that countries with higner amount of wealth are target of any criminal activities. In Europe, there's a lot of east european groups that are breaking into homes of elderly people and steal their money while their at home. Harassing them. Often times they target people storing huge quantities of cash or jewelry at home.

Then there's clans within the country that scam elderly and our justice system is completely in able to get those criminals into jails.

I feel disgusted when seeing that something like this is happening. On the other hand im completely thrown off by the idea to ever have that much money lying around. Sirously there's a reason the people have their money with the bank...

You don't really have to be ashamed. There's criminals everywhere targeting the weak.

Just because there's stupid scammers located in India doesn't mean that only sheep is living there!

I feel bad for India to have a bad school system. This is the westerns world fault as well taking things for granted.
