Primal , it wasn’t a shoot em up game like the rest of the series and it’s setting , atmosphere, game mechanics are all amazing , crafting actually made sense compared to 3 & 4 where it didn’t make any sense , the story lacked a little but it’s a stand alone and not continuation in the main series . Everyone talked shit about the map being a reskin of fc4s map but new dawn is a reskin of fc5 map so you can’t really use that to bash Primal anymore .

I originally found out about far cry through Primal and when I seen the other games in the series I was majorly disappointed that it was just a shoot em up series
