Vaas is fucking dead. You stabbed him so many times with that ritual knife. You shot him so many times with that SMG. Vaas died 8 years ago in a game set previous to that year. This is a totally different game, in a country halfway around the world. Vaas was definitively ethnically Rakyat, yes, even though he was voiced by a latinx actor. They chose him because he did a bang up job, but that does not make Vaas latinx. It is really starting to make me feel like so many people on this sub are like "but they're both brown people. So they have to be the same person/connected." I assure you, its not.
