I've been on 40mg for about 5-6weeks now. My psychiatrist wanted me to go on 80mg but it's just too costly as my country only has 40mg available, I'd need to get x2 boxes per month for 56 days not even 60 days. It's really really costly in my country factoring in the other psych meds and psych consultation fees.

But also at the same time I've hopped on the 5am club, morning workouts and cold showers, sleeping at 1030-1130pm. I'd rather stay on 40mg and let lifestyle modification do its thing and hope for the best. I still have challenges, low dips in focus level and stuff. I'd either accept it as part and parcel of what I am, or power through and enter a flow state. Still better than the Concerta crash!
