What kind of tips do you normally see?

It's not so much the area as it is the actual customer base your shop has. The reason I say this is from experience. The first shop I worked at an average night would be 70-85 dollars in tips for 22-28 deliveries. Worst night was 42 stops for 109 bucks and I was stiffed at almost 40%. Shop I work for now has slightly more expensive higher quality pizza and food. Slightly larger radius that covers the entire area of my old shop. Over a month of delivery I was stiffed a total of 6 times with hundreds of deliveries done. I do less volume , but im pulling 45-90 bucks a night but only doing 10-18 dels a night . Less miles. Better all around. It's the customers , not the area.
