What do you think of Trump Supporters?

I think they are not thinking straight, to say the least. They are constantly playing the victim and acting like they are some poor oppressed group when they are by and large middle class white American citizens, which is one of the most comfortable and best existences in the history of the world. They think this country is so terrible and things are so bleak, yet the biggest problem they face is having to speak to a guy in Bangladesh when they are trying to troubleshoot their computer.

People on here and in the media give trump crap for giving vague non-answers to various issues but they are missing the forest for the trees. The issue isn't that Trump is giving fake solutions, it's that his support base are mainly concerned with fake problems. If you look at voter demographics Trump gets his strongest support in regions and countries with the least amount of Latinos, blacks, and Muslims yet they often cite illegal immigration, BLM, and Muslim terrorism as major threats to their very existence. You can see similar demographics in support for Brexit, and in support of the various anti immigrant parties in Europe. It's because they have so little actual problems (comparatively little worries about shelter, food, working conditions, employment, personal safety, etc., compared to other racial and ethnic groups in America, yet they seem to be proposing the most drastic and bitter measures) that they basically have to latch on to nut bar face book news stories in order to have problems. These people honestly believe Europe is a wasteland overran by roving gangs of Arab rapists, that the Southern border is essentially a water slide that propels Mexicans into the nearest welfare office, that the Obama administration is somehow behind violence against police officers, and that democrats in general are somehow collaborating with or in cahoots with ISIS.

In a way I feel bad for them, in that they have this insanely warped view of the world, but these people aren't stupid, they are almost seem to revel in this fake game of red dawn that they are playing against the "liberal globalist urban elite" while not caring about the ramifications of this hateful and divisive brand of politics. I think Internet, TV, and talk radio echo chambers have greatly contributed to this alter reality they believe we are in
