In the terms of service it states “You bear all risk of loss for accessing the content....and for any loss of content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a file corruption or hard drive crash.” You also have no right at all to be entitled to a refund because it also states in the terms of service as well that “PAYMENTS FOR ACCESS TO CONTENT OR SERVICES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES THAT THEY ARE REFUNDABLE.” You are not entitled at all for a refund unless by law you take them to court or in the law it states they have to which it doesn’t and that’s why they have a all sales are final policy.
