[XCVJoRDANXCV] killed you.

Hey everyone. If anyone needs to be informed of this then its one of the CNOH outfit leaders. I do this by going to the outfit members page and find a senior member then talk to them about a member of the outfit misbehaving (cheats/exploits/personal) [thanks to R18 for the heads up]. Putting it up on reddit gets to them EVENTUALLY but it is not the most efficient way. I am not saying this for CNOH, but for you guys in the future when it comes to any outfit and their members.

I'd love to hear directly how this affects you guys on NC. I TK and get TKd on an occasion. Same happens to my outfit members so I dont think its an outright reason for me to kick someone. I've been in TK streaks with certain players before so I understand a TK battle can be personal and its not necessarily my place to punish an outfit member for that either. IF however, the certain behaviour goes out of control and my members start blatantly killing AG7, for example, and for no-good-reason* I will not hesitate to correct their outfit membership.

As for my personal reasons for, somewhat, tolerating this kind of thing is this: Players are allowed to play the game they want to, of course, and we shouldn't ruin that experience by TKs and abuse and cheats, etc. But those players in a gaming community still have a responsibility. A responsibility to play the game correctly. Individually that has absolutely no effect, such as we can see with flyboy warpgate camping shitters. But en masse, a group of players can play so badly strategically that they may as well be TKing the rest of their faction. This kind of behaviour cannot be tolerated, as far as I am concerned.

Now, personally I will admit to have nullified an idiotic push during an alert on my faction by taking down a number of friendly sundies in the past. It was out of rage and bitterness, and looking back on it I am not proud of it, it is less than important now. So when I hear this happening in my outfit TS(or wherever) my understanding is that they are doing exactly that. Correcting a (continuous) potentially bad decision by an inexperienced leader/s or one that is trying to be bad on purpose. I have never witnessed anyone from my outfit SIMPLY doing that, they always request(not always politely) a better course of action and only resort to that as a last option.

Unfortunately it does make us sound bad, of course, I am not denying it. But sitting back and biting our lips whilst some random individual leads a big group haplessly to oblivion and lets the whole faction suffer is not what CNOH is about. And I will defend that type of last resort as I am doing now.

HOWEVER. There are instances where that type of "bad strategic placement" is done for good reasons, such as practice or a tactical move nobody else has grasped. There are instances where a certain outfit or group of people are constantly affected and feel that CNOH is running amok. In those instances we would like the behaviour to be brought forward to the leaders of CNOH directly. If you do nothing about the behaviour and make assumptions about anyone just through reddit then you are doing yourself and those in similar circumstances disservice.

I have been aware of this happening and I've tried to smooth things down and things are always in motion, albeit slowly and chill. I take personal/outfit complaints on board and examine them and have kicked people before for bad sportsmanship. What I don't take seriously is broken record bitching on reddit/proxy such as today's "but what about johncooner" who has been removed from the outfit for over a month for being offline for over 2 months.

If this line of thinking is somehow wrong to you then I'd love to hear WHY and solutions for it. Constructive and substantial complaints or they get ignored. No-one is above my almighty judgement within CNOH. NO-ONE. You know where to find me, of that I'm sure.

From this post so far I have gathered this: Jordan is an bad headspace (for whatever reasons) and people, I think, get it. He is a good squad leader and feels bitter because CNOH and NC are not keeping up(in whatever ways). He is actively and vocally trying to correct this(in, what seems like, negative connotations). I appreciate this not spilling into "CNOH are wicked" and of course your patience. Apologies for the wall-of-text and as always, thanks for reading. Cheers

*no-good-reason is an unsubstantiated reasoning for doing something. If a guy TKs "a player" 3 times and its NOT an accident he/she reserves the right to TK back to personal levels. If this spills out to other areas/players then it is a no-good-reason and will not be tolerated by ME(and subsequently my outfit as long as I am a co-leader). I can explain further if this isn't clear.
