ok I love me some psionic subclasses, let's see how this one goes

CONTROLLER

- Psionic Power is identical in description to the Psi Warrior and the Soulknife, which makes a lot of sense, as all of them harbor power from the same source - their minds. Though I really enjoyed the old "your dice increases or decreases based on how your roll", I can't say the current format isn't amazing in itself. What's most interesting about this ability are the ways you can use your psionic power, so let's check them individually:

1. Honestly I think this should be either an Intelligence or Charisma saving throw. Intelligence could represent the clash of intellects and the fortitude of your mind against the enemy, while Charisma would be the target force of will holding back against your influence (kind of like how possession saving throws are Charisma based). The idea is super cool, though. I'd take out the part where it can use its action to "block" you and instead make it so it can make a new saving throw whenever it takes damage or something.
2. Shattered Psyche can deal some scary amounts of damage, specially at later levels. I'm not sure it fits the theme of a Warlord - controlling the battlefield and supporting its allies. Nothing wrong with it though.
3. Telepathic Link makes a lot of sense, as you could use your mind to give your allies orders without the enemy's knowledge. It's both useful for sneaky situations where a sneak attack is about to come, but also as a good way to send secret messages during social interactions!
