Wew, I joined.... 2016? Lurked for a year then pitched my hobo tent on this subreddit's new page and I still live there to this day. Answering questions when I have time.

What have been your best memories of the past six plus years?

My most memorable War Thunder memory was grinding out the B17G, back then it was top US bomber and there was no bomber cap in games. It was glorious, I truly felt like a one man flying battleship.

Then over the next 4 years, it was replaced by the still good B29 and B57s. Then Gaijin in their infinite wisdom decided to employ SpaceX in labeling the repair cost of the poor B29. Havent truly flown an American bomber since. Real shame.

I still hold out hope for a lower repair cost for the B29 and some actual dedicate bomber game mode.
