It's even more difficult because I don't know precisely what I am appealing because the GMs have not shown me any of the evidence regarding what I said. For all I know, someone sent in a doctored screenshot or appealed to their "GM friend" for a harsher punishment. Who knows if the GMs responding have even seen the evidence.

All they've said is I can't appeal, 2 minutes after I posted my response. I promise you - 2 minutes is not enough time to conduct an investigation into the circumstances.

I am assuming this is in regards to the conversation I had on Tuesday - as laid out in the original post - but that is only an assumption.

And yes, the word "hate speech" is extraordinarily problematic. It's vague, not accurate as to what I said, and can encompass a massive spectrum of behavior.
