I live in this building and it’s not bad for the price. Extremely tiny and not the best area. I try not to go anywhere by foot after dark but there are definitely worse areas in Oshawa. Also, they allow pets and many people have dogs in the building. I personally hear the dog above me walking around quite often, as well as various dogs barking. There is also almost always dog hair all over the washers and dryers, so that gets quite annoying. Additionally, the building advertised a gym and has yet to bring in the equipment for one so no idea when they’ll finally get around to that. Overall decent building for a small budget/trying to save up for somewhere better.
