It seems your bike should still be under warranty, is that you standing there with the caliper in your hand? Might be hard to prove now under warranty and you don’t mention speaking to the dealer so we have to assume that you did not.

If you still have the caliper off you could try cleaning the brake pads with a 3M green scrubbing pad, lay the 3M pad on a flat surface and rub your brake pads on it until they are uniformly scuffed up. I’ve seen others use some 80-100 grit sandpaper but I thought that was a little aggressive for newer pads. Use the 3M pad to lightly clean the rotor on both sides. Reassemble, lube your caliper slide pins and bleed the brakes 2-3 times, sometimes it take multiple attempts.
