2020 Soul already in the shop for a week!

I agree, and you may be somewhat correct about the overreacting, however the whole experience so far for me has been less than which I feel contributed to my being so upset. I feel that the way the dealership handled the whole situation is what put me over the edge. Not offering me a loaner in the meantime, not calling me for status updates (of course I’m going to be concerned, as I’m sure anyone would be- it’s a brand new car!), undermining my concerns, etc. I’m a single mom and this is my only source of transportation. This was the very first car purchase I’ve made on my own. I don’t think it’s wrong to buy a brand new car expecting it to be reliable and safe for your family.
