I'm not sure strangers on the internet should be giving advice on possible delusional thinking, whether that's related to anxiety or psychosis. In the case it is an issue related to a psychopathological diagnosis related to psychosis, this population often feels like cannabis helps their symptoms when it actually just makes them worse and makes them less likely to adhere to the medication that helps their diagnosis.

These are not common side effects of cannabis usually unless you're already predisposed to psychosis, especially after being abstinent for almost a month. Cannabis can induce temporary states of paranoia or psychosis, but if they're still persisting after a month then it's possible OP has an anxiety disorder or a possible psychosis disorder regardless of cannabis use... You can see how this becomes very complicated and ethically problematic to give advice about over Reddit where people with lived experience always think they know the answer...

You're right about the wait times, but unfortunately this feels like something that should be handled by a professional.
